Prior to joining SGS, he worked as Production Manager with Gulf & Safa dairies, LLC, Dubai for 22 years.

Intesar did his B.sc (Physics Hons) from Magadh University, Bodh Gaya followed by Diploma in Dairy Technology at NDRI, Bangalore.
As a start of his career in India he worked at Sangam Dairy, Guntur for 6 years
Sangam Dairy is one of the most enterprising Co-operative Dairy Project of National Dairy Development Board with a handling capacity of 300,000 liters of milk per day. It produces pasteurized milk, table butter, dried milk (WMP, SMP, baby food), Ghee etc., under the brand name of ‘Vijaya’.
