Eng. Abdulhadi Hawsawi is currently leading the Supply Excellence and Lean function at MARS Wrigley confectionary factory in Saudi Arabia focusing on leading the main operation functions to world class operation and manufacturing excellence. Previously, he was leading a production teams where he played a key role in delivering critical projects through managing different phases and operational functions, and managing daily operation ensuring safe operation and abiding by quality and food safety standards.
Prior joining Mars, he worked at Unilever Binzager where he shaped the early stages of the operation world class manufacturing bases in the site and worked as process engineer. He also work at Stork Cooper-Heat managing delivering in the field an tailored services to a key major customers in GCC countries such as SABIC, ARAMCO, ADNOC, Oman LNG, KNPC, and Qatar Petroleum. He also work at Schlumberger as field engineer.
