Having more than 8 years’ experience of working with multinational and national organizations in domains like; Supply Chain, R&D, Production, QA/QC, Food Safety, Auditing, Trainings etc. IRCA approved Lead Auditor ISO/FSSC 22000 along with subject oriented trainings on multiple domains like; HACCP, VACCP, TACCP, QMS, TQM, IPM etc.
Currently working in Bin Dawood Holding, KSA as Technical Manager for key focus areas like; recipe development, product optimization, sensory trials and SFDA requirements implementation.
Previously worked in one of the leading Multi-national Wholesale Chain of Pakistan naming Metro Cash & Carry Pakistan as Department Manager-Bakery, Pastry & Café as well as Circle Lead for FSSC 22000 documentation.
As also worked in one of the leading Multi-national Retail Chain of Pakistan naming Carrefour MAJID AL FUTTAIM-Hypermarkets Pakistan as Fresh Food Manager-Bakery, Pastry & Delicatessen as well as Team Lead for Dutch HACCP implementation.
Has also worked with Cakes & Bakes, Pakistan (a leading Baking Unit) as Assistant Manager Production.
