B.Sc. in management (finance), Diploma in Culinary Arts & Pastry, Diploma in Food Safety with 24 years in the Food Production, Auditing, Consulting, Training and Courses Designing at Universities, Institutes, training Centers, Hotels and Airlines Catering Company.

Qualified Learning Facilitator (QLF) FROM Ecole Hotelier De Lausanne (EHL), and Ramp Catering Training Material Developer.

Riyad is currently a Culinary Arts Trainer at Saudia Airline Catering Company (SACC). Previously A culinary Arts Trainer and Executive Chef at the Faculty of Tourism (KAUFT) in King Abdulaziz University –8 years.

Riyad worked for 3 years in Al Khaleej Training and Education Company as a Culinary Arts Trainer and an Executive chef, and for about 10 years in 5 stars hotels like Sofitel, Sheraton, Westen, Carlton and Le Meriden.

Developing and designing training materials is one of the key strength that Riyad has professionally mastered.

Riyad is keen to maintain an engaging method of theoretical and practical training to his trainees, and constantly improves the standards of cuisine in kitchen training, where trainees can achieve the best of their training experience and expand it to industry operations and cost control tactics.
