Dr. Nisreen gained her Ph.D. degree in Food Technology from Clemson University, USA.
She has been active in the area of food safety for over 10 years and is a health and nutrition opinion writer in Mecca Newspaper. She is a certified lead auditor in the food safety management system ISO2200:2018, which is internationally accredited by CQI-IRCA, and is highly experienced in food service and food safety management.
