Registration Terms & Conditions
- If you are registering more than 1 city, the same fee shall be added for each additional city.
- The registration fee does not include accommodation, travel or incidental costs.
- Once the Registration is confirmed by the Organizing Committee Members and you get the registration number over the email or fax or by WhatsApp, there will be no cancellations and no refund possible.
- If you cannot attend, you may send a substitute from your organization at no extra cost. Submission must be submitted in writing and sent directly to Organizing Committee
- Please note that all registrations are subject to a 15% VAT as per the Saudi Arabian laws
- Participant who will benefit from discounted registration i.e., fees for students, if their study field is Agriculture, Veterinary Science, Food, Microbiology, Public Health, Hospitality or any other food related discipline, they must submit a copy their student certificates along with their registration forms to the Registration Committee.
- Undergraduate, associate degree and post graduate students are eligible for the discount.
- The Summit Secretariat reserves the right to cancel or change the content, timing and speakers of the program without notice.
- In the event of natural or man-made causes that are beyond our control, the Summit Secretariat reserves the right to postpone or cancel the event or change venue without incurring liability to attendees.
- The information you provided in your registration form may be used to contact you about any future food related events and/or may be shared with event sponsors unless you explicitly request otherwise.
- Attendees agree to allow your photo or video to be taken on-site by the official photographer and to be used for any legitimate promotional purpose by the Summit Secretariat.
- All attendees are expected to conduct themselves professionally.
- Any form of abusive behavior or violation of local social norms will result in ejection from the Summit without refund.
- By registering to attend the Summit, all attendees agree to be bound by, and comply with, these Terms and Conditions.
- It is the attendee’s responsibility to read and understand these Terms and Conditions.
- Attendees hereby also indemnify Summit Secretariat and agents against and holds it harmless from all or any loss or damage, injury, actions, proceedings or claims arising from any act or omission of the attendee during the course of the Summit.
- The Summit is committed to protecting and managing your registration data following all relevant data protection legislation. We will use your registration data to contact you for future events. By registering, you are consenting to provide your personable identifiable information to the Sponsors of this event.

- You may opt-out if you do not wish to have your data shared by emailing us. Other information recorded on our server logs from your browser includes your IP address, Internet connection speed, Internet connection duration, and media player information.
