Ewen Todd is President of Ewen Todd Consulting in Okemos, Michigan. He has been a research scientist in food contamination at Health Canada, Ottawa, Canada, Professor in the Large Animal Clinical Sciences as well as Directors of the Food Safety Policy Center and the National Food Safety and Toxicology Center, and Professor, Advertising, Public Relations and Retailing, at Michigan State University (MSU). He was also Professor, American University of Beirut, Lebanon from 2014 to 2015. He continues to teach on-line food safety courses at MSU, as well as consult as expert witness in legal suits. He is active in the International Association for Food Protection,and is Associate Editor for the Journal of Food Science ad on the editorial boards of other journals. He has authored over 230 peer-reviewed publications.
