B.Tech (Food sciences), six sigma black belt an astute professional with nearly 21 years qualitative experience in quality control/ assurance , safety system implementation ( ISO 9001,1SO9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 18001), iOSH, production processes design with minimum losses, product development ( biscuits, and salty snacks), cost savings and productivity initiatives, internal auditing, Supplier and Warehouses QMS auditing, supplier development /third party product development, pest control and Sanitation management, plant food safety designs, approval of sanitary design of new equipments/machineries, designing and implementation of SPC (statistical process control), process mapping, training/engagement and development of core and non-core employees.
Mr. Tanveer Hashmi is currently working as head of Quality and R&D with National biscuit and Confectionery Company Jeddah – Saudi Arabia.
Before that, Mr. Tanveer Hashmi worked with Nabisco (Kraft- Mondelez International – Dammam) as quality assurance manager and regional supplier/warehouses lead auditor for 16 plus years.
Mondelez’s Lead supplier auditor, audited many suppliers of Mondelez International in MEA and India region.
International representations in many quality community meetings, food safety and best of best lean manufacturing workshops in many countries of Africa, EU, Turkey, Russia and Canada.
Participated as Mondelez international representative in many DIFC (Dubai international food safety conferences)
