Vincent leads the charitable objectives of the Foundation through the funding of innovative projects.
Vincent is now leading Food Safety education programs in Africa with FAO and is the co-PI for the Safe Seaweed Coalition to support Food Safety in this emerging supply chain.
He is part of the Food Safety expert panel to prepare the next UN Food System Summit.
